摘要: This study investigates the influence of corporate governance structure on bank performance in Turkey. The framework this has been developed by agency theory .Finding support theory and decision making. Banking sector seen strong competition changes customer’s expectations over last few years especially after world economic slowdown.The importance increasing attention financial institutions tends to be accredited socio-political that have arisen. Therefore, evaluating banks’ monitoring their positions are important many parties, such as stockholders, potential investors, creditors, customers, employees, regulators. current focuses relationship between stockholders management, As well as, research will investigate banks which listed Istanbul stock exchange. Based a sample 33 exchange Turkey period 2004 2010, influences Four variables structures board size, CEO duality, tenure, audit committee were used study. Two measures considered returns assets (ROA) operating cash flow (OCF). In Turkish banks, result showed size positive significant return asset. Meanwhile, tuner, had negative with addition, tuner flow. (CEO duality size) results expected contribute literatures knowledge was added, practices management make better enhance incorporating effects structure.
