摘要: An electrochemical device and a method for the preparation thereof, having high catalyst utilization efficiency including gas diffusion electrode formed of carbonaceous material on at least portion its surface, proton conducting film provided in contact with one surface electrode, wherein amount contacting is lesser than that not film, thereby appreciably increasing rendering it possible to elevate energy device.
