摘要: A flexible, latex-like polyurethane foam having the 'feel' and comfort of a latex an Indentation Force Deflection (25 % IFD as low 3 lbs) method making such by reacting mixture triol polyether polyols, namely, (a) major proportion polyol hydroxyl content about 50-80 %, 10-25 ethylene oxide cap molecular weight 3,000-6,500, (b) minor polymer polyol, preferably SAN (c) very amount primary at least 50 40-90 from 1,000-6,000. The is reacted with MDI isocyanate in presence critical 1.5 to 3.5 parts water, auxiliary blowing agent amine catalyst. or stiffness value increased decreasing used resulting still maintains foam.
