摘要: A strip break detection system is disclosed for a process line in which material being payed out from payoff reel to rewind reel. The digital, and based on the concept that normal mill operation, with continuous reel, equal increments of rotation results ever increasing counter coupled controlled triggers sequence controller comparing successive counts ensure they are under processing conditions, if comparison indicates converse an alarm sounded; however, since there may be transient self correcting conditions during latter count less, desensitized by further dead band count. If sequential produces difference or greater than band, signal then has occurred.
