摘要: The superconducting proximity effect on two-dimensional massless Dirac electrons is usually analyzed using a simple model consisting of the Hamiltonian and an energy-independent pair potential. Although this conventional plausible, it questionable whether can fully describe from superconductor. Here, we derive more general starting appropriate microscopic for electron system in planar contact with resulting describes terms energy-dependent potential renormalization term. Within framework, analyze density states, quasiparticle wave function, charge conservation electrons. result reveals several characteristic features effect, which cannot be captured within model.
