摘要: The purpose of this study was to examine isokinetic torque production for untrained individuals at high speeds. Data collected 300, 330, 360, 400, and 450°/sec in the following areas: Peak produced by quadriceps hamstrings; Percent torquelbody weight; Quadriceps/hamstrings ratio; Dominant versus nondominant lower extremities. Twenty-three men 32 women aged 19–37 years (X males = 27.4, X females 27.6) were tested on Biodex B-2000 (Biodex Corporation, Shirley, NY). peak (ft-lbs) ranges were: male 68.9–76.8, hamstrings 56.0–67.9, female 33.8–36.5, 36.9–38.8. percent torque/body weight ratio 38.2–44.5%, 34.4–37.6%, 25.7–28.5%, 28.6–30.0%. quadriceps/hamstrings 102.9–137. 1%, 92.4–98.9%. Significant differences (p > 0.05) found between 400°/sec ...
