摘要: Because of the biological relevance thiols and sulfides such as cysteine, homocysteine, glutathione hydrogen sulfide, their detection has attracted a great deal research interest. Fluorescent probes are emerging new strategy for thiol sulfide analysis due to high sensitivity, low cost, ability detect image in samples. In this short review, we have summarized recent advances development reactive fluorescent probes. These compared contrasted with regard designing strategies, mechanisms, photophysical properties, and/or reaction kinetics. Biological applications these also discussed. J. Cell.
