摘要: A fuel cell membrane electrode assembly is provided comprising a polymer electrolyte which comprises that bound anionic functional groups, wherein the additionally cerium cations. In another aspect, at least portion of groups are in acid form and neutralized by cations, amount cations present between 0.001 0.5 charge equivalents based on molar electrolyte, more typically 0.005 0.2, 0.01 0.1, 0.02 0.05.
