摘要: An electrochemical immunosensor based on interdigitated array microelectrodes (IDAMs) was developed for sensitive, specific and rapid detection of chlorpyrifos. Anti-chlorpyrifos monoclonal antibodies were orientedly immobilized onto the gold microelectrode surface through protein A. Chlorpyrifos then captured by antibody, resulting in an impedance change IDAMs surface. Electrochemical spectroscopy used conjunction with fabricated sensor to detect Under optimum conditions, value chlorpyrifos proportional its concentrations range 100–105 ng/mL. The limit found be 0.014 ng/mL proposed could as a screening method pesticide determination analysis environmental, agricultural pharmaceutical samples due rapidity, sensitivity low cost.
