Zigzag Destabilized Spirals and Targets

摘要: We report experimental evidence of novel kinds patterns---zigzag destabilized spirals and targets. They have been found in a planar dc driven semiconductor--gas discharge system. Comparison these patterns with conventional targets that can form the same system allows one to conclude observed phenomena are specific for large amplitude structures pattern forming media.
