摘要: Background Those who experience a critical illness or condition requiring admission to an intensive care unit (ICU) frequently physical and psychological complications as direct result of their ICU experience. Complications, if left untreated, can affect the quality life survivors impact health resources. Objective The aim this study is evaluate Web-based recovery program on mental well-being determine it cost-effective approach. Methods In total, 162 patients that survived will be recruited randomized into 1 2 groups. intervention group receive access program, ICUTogether, weeks after discharge (n=81), control usual (n=81). Mental measured using Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale, Impact Events Scale-Revised 5-level 5-dimension EuroQoL at 3 time points (2 weeks, 6 months, 12 months post discharge). Family support Multidimensional Scale Perceived Social Support points. Analysis conducted intention-to-treat basis regression modeling. Covariates include baseline outcome measures, allocation (intervention control), age, gender, length stay, APACHE III score, level family support, hospital readmissions.
