摘要: The long-term stability study, one of the steps in characterization new reference materials, is performed on freeze-dried biological materials to verify if they may be stored at room temperature without modification property values interest. In this instrumental neutron activation analysis was used a 12-month long isochronous study Perna perna mussel candidate material. No trend results observed respect measurement order and exposition period temperature. assessment variance test as well normalized control showed no systematic changes mass fractions Ag, As, Br, Co, Cr, Cs, Fe, Eu, La, Na, Rb, Sc, Se, Th Zn during period. result that material significant composition for determined elements.
