摘要: Adipose differentiation related protein (ADRP) is a 50-kDa novel cloned from mouse 1246 adipocyte cDNA library, rapidly induced during differentiation. We have examined ADRP function, and we show here that facilitates fatty acid uptake in COS cells transfected with cDNA. demonstrate of long chain acids was significantly stimulated time-dependent fashion ADRP-expressing COS-7 compared empty vector-transfected control cells.
