摘要: In vitro and in vivo studies have demonstrated that mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are not immunogenic do immunomodulatory effects. MSCs express class II antigens, FAS ligand, or co-stimulator molecules (CD80, CD86, CD40, CD40L). They low expression of primary human leukocyte antigens (HLA-I). vitro, bone, cartilage, muscle, fat differentiate the case HLA-I but HLA-II antigens. However, effects differentiated controversial. suppress naive T lymphocytes, memory effector B natural killer (NK) cell functions. ineffective against immune response lymphocytes. presence antigen-presenting antibodies, addition to a culture medium includes HLA mismatch lymphocytes prevents T-lymphocyte stimulation. increase with B-lymphocyte viability interleukin-2 (IL-2)-related NK proliferation functions cells. partially reduce major histocompatibility complex CD40 CD86 co-stimulatory from mature dendritic (DCs) by secreting high rate IL-6 vascular endothelial growth factor thus DC-mediated proliferation.
