摘要: Experimental observation indicates unidirectional ceramic matrix composites (UD-CMC) will react with oxygen under high-temperature atmosphere inhomogeneous. As a result of the oxidation on fiber surface, shows notch-like morphology. Stress concentration near by notch causes decline mechanic performance UD-CMC. In this paper, change rule depth is fitted circular function. Based formula residual strength and modulus UD-CMC 400–900 °C are derived. The mechanical C/SiC composite simulated finite element method. stress distribution fiber, interface obtained. properties predicted theoretical method And predicting results compared experiment data. show good accordance data, which means model can analyze efficiently.
