摘要: Plevra, akcigeri saran mezenkim kaynakli yari gecirgen seroz bir zardir. Parietal ve viseral olmak uzere iki yapragi vardir. Viseral plevra ic yaprak olup sarmakta interlober fissurleri ortmektedir. Dis olan parietal ise intratorasik alani Iki arasinda tumor hucrelerinin rahatca dolasabilecegi plevral aralik bulunur (1). Plevral aralikta kaygan sivi mevcuttur. plevrada sinir innervasyonu yoktur bu yuzden patolojilerinde agri olusmaz. Ancak zengin mevcuttur patolojilerine eslik etmektedir. Plevranin cok patolojisi bulunmaktadir. Pek hastaligin tanisinda oldugu gibi patolojilerin da anamnez, fizik muayene biyopsinin yani sira goruntuleme yontemlerinden yararlanilmaktadir. Goruntulemede en sik X-Ray, bilgisayarli tomografi, manyetik rezonans ultrasonografi radyolojik yontemler kullanilir. Konu olunca torakoskopi VATS girisimsel yontemleri ile torasentez analitik tetkik de kullanilmaktadir. Radyolojik cogunlukla yapisal detay hakkinda ayrintili bilgi vermektedir. bazen sadece bilgiler yeterli olmamakta nukleer tip fonksiyonel veya metabolik taniya yardimci olmaktadir. Nukleer hastaliklarinin rutin arastirma duzeyinde siklikla kullanilmislardir. Son yillarda, bilgisayar tomografi teknolojisiyle birlikte molekuler yontemlerinin kullanima girmesi sonucunda buyuk gelisme kaydetmis turlerindeki Ozet hastaliklarin degerlendirilmesinde teknikleri zamanlarda malignitelerin kullanilan FDG-PET/BT tek seansta hem morfolojik elde edilmektedir. FDG-PET/BT, benignmalign lezyonlarin ayiriminin yapilmasinda, lokal nuks uzak metastazlarin saptanmasinda, lenf nod tutulumlarinin tespitinde tedavi etkinliginin yararlidir. ozellikle malign mezotelyoma onemli tanisal prognostik edilebilmektedir. Recently, FDGPET/CT, which is for the further evaluation of malignancies, has been to demonstrate metabolism morphology a single session. FDG-PET/CT also useful differentiating malignant from benign lesions, detecting local recurrence, distant metastases lymph node involvement (at an early stage), monitoring treatment response. In particular, can provide important diagnostic prognostic information mesothelioma.
