摘要: A casein phosphopeptide (CPP) was prepared from beta-casein of cow's milk and the effect this peptide on absorption calcium a ligated segment rat small intestine investigated. CPP injected into loop enhanced augmented deposition in femur. Furthermore, inhibited precipitation phosphate vitro, suggesting that enhances intestinal lumen by increasing concentration soluble calcium. This new evidence confirms our previous hypothesis is an important factor raising availability milk.
