摘要: Role of superoxide dismutase isozymes and other antioxidant enzymes was studied in relation to leaf age sunflower (Helianthus annuus L. cv. ACC 1508) at pre-flowering grain filling stages. Relative water content (RWC) did not change much leaves different the two Protein declined continuously from youngest oldest leaf, while chlorophyll (Chl) carotenoids (Car) contents increased down 7th/9th subsequent older leaves.
