摘要: Palmatine is a valuable ingredient in Chinese medicine that produced by Phellodendron amurense Rupr. The contents of palmatine content root bark, trunk perennial branch annual branches, and leaves the trees with different ages geographies Northeast China were measured high-performance liquid chromatography. barks root, trunk, significantly higher than those branches leaves. bark from Lesser Khingan Mountains increased age, which opposite to other three vegetation types. had no significant regularity. Moreover, samples varied latitude. nature populations P. growing at low latitude contained more high These results provide scientific basis for reasonable cultivation efficient utilization amurense.
