摘要: Abstract Electroless coatings of Ni–P, Co–P and Cu were applied on the surface non-stoichiometric MmNi 3.25 Al 0.35 Mn 0.25 Co 0.66 (Mm: misch metal) metal hydride alloy. Elemental analysis was made with Energy Dispersive X-ray Analysis (EDAX). The structural bare coated alloys done by diffraction (XRD) whereas morphology examined scanning electron microscope (SEM) transmission (TEM). electrode characteristics inclusive electrochemical capacity cycle life studied at C /5 rate. Superior performance is obtained copper Microstructure observations indicate that observed excellent could be attributed to uniform efficient coverage copper. Also, lanthanum enrichment in samples during coating leads improvement performance. It inferred from electro analytical investigations act as microcurrent collectors alterations hydrogen transport mechanism facilitate charge transfer reaction alloy without altering battery properties. Moreover, supportive first time TEM evidence existence such nano current (about 8 nm diameter length about 20 nm) reported.
