摘要: The use of spread spectrum underlay signals has been widely proposed in cognitive radio contexts as a means to provide available for secondary users. Underlay are generally transmitted on minimal interference basis prevent disruption the primary user(s). This paper proposes concepts integrating arbitrary, digitally modulated (primary) with time- and phase-synchronized, co-channel signals, singular intent increasing transmission security wireless signal via induced self-interference conjoined signals. These separable given priori knowledge spreading code, yet remain masked an uninformed observer. Simulation proof-of-concept over-the-air results provided, demonstrating practical feasibility approach, while future work will incorporate successive cancellation techniques better quantify performance tradeoffs hardware.
