摘要: Background Cervical cancer is one of the most common malignancies in women, leading to major health problems for its high morbidity and mortality. Numerous studies have demonstrated that circular RNAs (circRNAs) could be participated progression multifarious diseases, especially plentiful carcinomas. CircAMOTL1 (angiomotin-like1, ID: hsa_circ_0004214), which located on human chromosome 11:9 4532555-94533477, involved occurrence breast cancer, etc. However, intrinsic concrete molecular mechanism circAMOTL1 cervical carcinomas remained thoroughly unclear, was also bottleneck circRNAs cancer. Methods The relative expression levels miR-526b carcinoma patients' specimens cell lines were detected by RT-qPCR. Through experiments including loss-function overexpression, biological effects proliferation, migration, apoptosis, tumorigenicity explored Dual luciferase reporter gene analysis, western blot, other methods adopted explore potential Results In our experiments, researches displayed significantly higher lines. Further illustrated knockdown restrain malignant phenotype, AKT signaling, epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) cells. Meanwhile downregulated even partially reverse function tumor acts as a microRNA (miRNA) sponge actively regulates salt-inducible kinase 2 (SIK2) subsequently increases phenotypes word, carcinogenic role serves opposite antioncogene pathogenesis. Conclusion CircAMOTL1-miR-526b-SIK2 axis referred development inversely correlated with positively SIK2 mRNA tissues. Thus, exerted an oncogenic through sponging miR-526b. Taken together, study revealed acted oncogene probably therapeutic target
