摘要: Abstract The objective of this study was to compare co-located real-time light scattering devices and equivalent gravimetric samplers in poultry pig houses for PM10 mass concentration, develop animal-specific calibration factors samplers. These results will contribute evaluate the comparability different sampling instruments concentrations. Paired DustTrak device (DustTrak aerosol monitor, TSI, U.S.) cyclone sampler were used measuring concentrations during 24 h periods (from noon noon) inside animal houses. Sampling conducted 32 Netherlands, including broilers, broiler breeders, layers floor aviary system, turkeys, piglets, growing-finishing pigs traditional low emission housing with dry liquid feed, sows individual group housing. A total 119 pairs measurements (55 64 pigs) recorded analyzed using linear regression analysis. Deviations between calculated discussed. In poultry, data fitted well a regression, coefficient equal 0.41, an intercept 0.16 mg m−3 correlation 0.91 (excluding turkeys). Results turkeys showed 1.1 (P = 0.49), 0.06 mg m−3
