摘要: Epigenetic inheritance occurs due to different mechanisms such as chromatin and histone modifications, DNA methylation processes mediated by non-coding RNAs. It leads changes in gene expressions the emergence of new traits organisms many diseases cancer. Recent advances experimental methods led identification epigenetic target sites various organisms. Computational approaches have enabled us analyze mass data produced these methods. Next-generation sequencing (NGS) been broadly used identify their patterns. By using patterns, could be prognosticated. In this study, site prediction tools for two major comprising modification are reviewed. Publicly accessible databases reviewed well. Some suggestions regarding state-of-the-art made, including examining patterns that important epigenotypes detection.
