摘要: Two new approaches to the study of ion binding DNA have been developed. Both are based on measurement transfer across interface between two immiscible electrolyte solutions. In first method, cation interest is initially present in aqueous phase and transferred organic contained a micropipet when its potential made sufficiently negative. Upon addition high-molecular-weight phase, concentration free decreases, which results decrease ion-transfer current.
