摘要: We study pattern formation that is due to modulational instability of noncollinear counterpropagating beams. Angular misalignment the pumps over a broad range leads generation lines oriented perpendicular plane pump A theoretical expression for angular separation in close agreement with observations. Outside this range, both small and large misalignments, we observe squeezed hexagonal patterns.
