摘要: Daily metabolic rates of 16 post-obese women and matched, lean controls were measured at three different levels activity in a room respirometer. Both groups had similar height, weight, age, other anthropometric indices. Results show that the have approximately 15% lower than their any level activity. They also eat less. Slimmed-down, obese normal body composition. For both groups, aerobic exercise did not prolonged stimulatory effect on rate after finished. Mild was more effective increasing daily because it could be comfortably sustained for longer time. Implications these findings are discussed relation to etiology treatment obesity.
