摘要: This paper presents a comparison of two modulation methods for the seven-level switched-capacitor (SC) inverter using series/parallel conversion (SCISPC). The SCISPC is multilevel which has less number switching devices than conventional inverters. level-shifted pulsewidth (PWM) (LS-PWM) was applied to in previous research. In this paper, level- and phase-shifted PWM (LPS-PWM) LS-PWM are SCISPC, LPS-PWM compared with SCISPC. both characteristics (PS-PWM) LS-PWM. voltage reduction during discharging term SCs reduced by means shorter period ripple capacitors also reduced, leads higher power efficiency. difference confirmed theoretical approach, simulation PSIM, circuit experiment.
