摘要: The aim of this study was to investigate the genetic basis combined pleuromutilin-lincosamide-streptogramin A resistance in 26 unrelated methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and coagulase-negative staphylococci (CoNS) from dairy cows suffering mastitis. pleuromutilin-resistant staphylococcal isolates were screened for presence genes vga(A), vga(B), vga(C), vga(E), vga(E) variant, sal(A), vmlR, cfr, lsa(A), lsa(B), lsa(C), lsa(E) by PCR. None carried or lsa(C). Two haemolyticus single xylosus, lentus, hominis vga(A)-positive. Twelve S. aureus, two warneri, as well lentus xylosus gene. Moreover, haemolyticus, epidermidis positive both genes, vga(A) lsa(E). sal(A) gene found a sciuri. All ABC transporter located chromosomal DNA, except plasmid-borne isolate. environment lsa(E)-positive analyzed using previously described PCR assays. Except warneri all harbored part enterococcal multiresistance cluster. This is first report novel aforementioned bovine CoNS species. also identification sciuri case shown confer pleuromutilin resistance.
