摘要: A novel electrode and assembly is provided which preferably uses alternating direct electrical energy for transdermal delivery of pharmacologically active ligands stimulation tissues in-vivo. Methods systems are also disclosed allow a broad range therapeutic agents to be transmitted organs superficially or deep within the body.
