摘要: Pulmonary transit time (PTT) normalized to heart rate (nPTT) is a measure of the pulmonary blood volume (PBV) stroke ratio (PBV/SV). It an index cardiac performance. To determine effect compensated mitral regurgitation (CMR) and decompensated (DMR) caused by valvular endocardiosis on nPTT, we measured nPTT first-pass radionuclide angiocardiography ECG in 13 normal dogs, 18 dogs with CMR, DMR. PTT was as between onset appearance activity at trunk left atrium. In relationship mean R-R interval (mRR) = 4.08 x mRR + 0.15 (R2 0.71). Normal 4.4 +/- 0.6 (SD) (range. 3.6-5.3). 6.3 1.6 (range, 4.0-9.7). DMR, 11.9 3.4 8.0-18.8). The differences among all groups were significant. Heart rates 110 22 bpm 111 20 144 DMR (P < .001 for difference group CMR groups). Increased indicates preclinical pump dysfunction. rate-normalized times may be useful function regurgitation.
