摘要: The present study investigates the structure of lycopene aggregates both in vitro and vivo using ultraviolet–visible (UV–vis) Raman spectroscopies. electronic absorption bands J- H-aggregates shift to lower higher energies, respectively, compared that monomer. Along with these results, frequencies ν1 were shifted frequencies, respectively. By plotting band against S0 → S2 transition energy, a linear relationship between data set different aggregation conformations can be obtained. Therefore, positions depending on explained based idea effective conjugated C═C chain lengths within molecules are due environmental effect (site-shift effect) caused by conformation.
