摘要: Abstract The collision between a single-sphere and double-sphere is measured in this study by high speed camera to verify the fundamental issue of tangential normal restitution coefficients for particular shape double-sphere. In experiment, moves collides on stationary double-sphere, used capture them. Numerous tests were performed varying pre-collisional inclinations velocities single-sphere. Two different definitions kinematic coefficient restitutions, both tangential, have been scrutinized experimental data see which one realistically true or reasonable. After comparison, contact-point (surface) based definition right has almost case-independent value coefficient, either direction. This verifies key point would be very useful modeling rigid body collisions, spherical non-spherical.
