摘要: A free energy model is presented, which describes qualitatively the insulator-metal transition in Ti 2 O 3 and high temperature V . The description includes band electron entropy, elastic electron-electron energies. both cases due to band-crossing effects, driven mainly by competition between entropy. gives a good qualitative of , changes produced addition few percent vanadium. Application from metal poorer conductivity metal, chromium.
