摘要: The differentiation of early B cell progenitors is controlled by multiple transcriptional regulators and growth-factor receptors. triad DNA-binding proteins, E2A, EBF1, PAX5 critical for both the specification commitment progenitors, while a larger number secondary determinants, such as members Ikaros, ETS, Runx, IRF families have more direct roles in promoting stage-specific pre-B gene-expression program. Importantly, it now apparent that mutations many these transcription factors are associated with progression to acute lymphoblastic leukemia. In this review, we focus on recent studies shed light hierarchy controls efficient well oncogenic consequences loss same factors.
