摘要: As for the diagnosis, function or even therapy, asthmatic’s airways are often considered as a whole: It is bronchial obstruction which to be determined, induced treated. implicitly making assumption: that asthma disease affecting entire uniformly, either in critical, intercritical complicated stage; and therapies have same effects on every level. For many years, this unique aspect of asthmatic has been opposition various clinical, radiological, functional, therapeutic studies. Unfortunately, these studies complex, their interpretation difficult site cannot yet localized precisely. Indeed we can only say probably occurs central peripheral airways, knowing inner diameter less than 2 mm (i.e., starting segmental bronchi).
