摘要: Calcium aluminosulfate (Ca4Al6O16S or C4A3S) was prepared by direct synthesis from calcium and aluminum nitrates, sulfate. CaAl4O7(CA2) formed as an intermediate at 900°C, C4A3S the main phase after calcination 1100°C. The specific surface areas 1100° 1300°C were ∼2.5 1 m2/g, respectively. Hydration investigated using XRD, DSC, SEM, conduction calorimetry, solid-state 27Al MAS-NMR spectroscopy. Calorimetry showed that induction period longer than of a sample conventional sintering, this attributed to formation amorphous coatings. Crystalline hydration products, principally monoaluminosulfate hydrate hydroxide, appeared subsequently. Although very long, complete occurred early 3 d in calcined 1100°C 91% 1300°C.
