摘要: While stem cells derived from the bone marrow are well-known in clinical medicine, fatty tissue as a source of mesenchymal is still subject recent research. However, adipose-derived (ASC) not only harvested less invasively, i.e. via minimally invasive liposuction, but also yield higher numbers multipotent cells.Due to cell-cell interactions and because very favorable secretion profile growth factors cytokines ASCs displayed an extraordinary regenerative potential preclinical applications achieved significantly better healing ischemic muscle, heart, brain insults impaired wound healing. enhanced regeneration skeletal tissues such cartilage or bone. They revealed immunomodulatory effects improved status immunological diseases. In conclusion comparable marrow-derived concerning possible medicine.
