摘要: Many countries are confronted with aging societies. With the increasing need for elder care, it is necessary to investigate how technology can support in place. In this paper, we propose an ambient smart calendar system that supports self-sufficiency and activeness of older adults. We report results a survey adults on their use physical digital calendars. Based results, developed Caloo (Calendar opportunities) - prototypical wall which users by generating awareness about daily schedules as well supporting them remaining active lives through event suggestions. evaluated study retired Overall, received positive feedback identified data sources events, suggest user. Our indicate potential deploying pervasive
