摘要: Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune-mediated inflammatory disease, which characterized by chronic synovitis, progressive bone destruction and reduced mobility. Aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR), a ligand-dependent transcription factor, has been shown to regulate the differentiation, activation apoptosis of various cells involved in rheumatoid arthritis. The ligands AhR such as tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin, benzo[a]pyrene 3,3'-diindolylmetheane are able inhibit osteoclastogenesis attenuate mice. However, long-term use these compounds associated with severe side effects, limit their therapeutic agents animals or humans. There urgent need search for new that effective safe. This MiniReview discusses potential value derived from natural products.
