摘要: In the present work, non-resonant Raman-active modes are calculated for several diameters, chiralities and sizes homogeneous inhomogeneous bundles of single-walled carbon nanotubes (BWCNTs), using spectral moment's method (SMM). Additional intense in breathing-like (BLM) spectra these systems comparison with a single fully symmetric A1g mode characteristic isolated (SWCNTs). The dependence wavenumber terms lengths number tubes was investigated. We found that, finite (in)homogeneous bundle, additional appear as specific signature.
