摘要: The acquisition of competence is a key element in the ability to assert oneself complex and rapidly changing modern worlds work. This paper examines evolution competence, i.e. role competences an evolutionary problem-solving process, flexibility as meta-competence from perspective general concept Geometrically-Oriented Evolution THEory (G_O_E_THE). We use search agents abstract models real individuals groups. In first approach for better profiles. second they solve problems. A agent operates value landscape, fitness landscape. crucial difference between other fact that interaction patterns new incorporate strategies. A special simulation tool called EVOLINO allows simulate hill-climbing process landscapes.
