摘要: Competency frameworks are an increasingly common method of driving forward practice quality and meeting the demand for job evaluation professional development. This paper describes a project supported by United Kingdom (UK) Royal College Nursing Society Orthopaedic Trauma to develop competency framework orthopaedic trauma nursing. It process employed in development framework, results consultation with UK nurses final statements. The is relevance all who need work their employers identify how statements can be translated into outcomes. There implications nursing education.
