摘要: Signalized intersections operate with the assistance of a traffic signal, and they cyclically assign right-of-way to movement or combination movements. Ideally, amount time assigned each movements minimizes travel delay and/or number stops in network allocates capacity optimally. An arterial is highway facility series signalized along its length, while an urban surface street consists group interconnected arterials side streets.
