摘要: Epidemiological studies among migrant ethnic groups are potentially important as a way to provide insight into the relative importance of genetic, cultural, and socio-economic factors in etiology substance use disorders. This paper summarizes prior United Kingdom prevalence substance-use associated problems different before analysing trends recent mortality data by country birth. On this evidence, rates alcohol-related may be marginally higher for those born Caribbean than native British, but substantially raised Ireland Indian subcontinent. There is some evidence that possibly Irish have risen more rapidly national population over 12-year period. These differences seem arisen complex reasons.
