Magnetic and thermodynamic properties of a ferromagnetic mixed-spin (1/2, 1, 3/2) three-layer film superlattice

摘要: Abstract Using the Monte Carlo simulation, we have studied magnetic and thermodynamic properties of a ferromagnetic three-layer film mixed-spin (1/2, 1, 3/2) system. We discussed influence intralayer interfacial exchange couplings, thickness, atom concentration temperature on magnetization superlattice system, susceptibility, internal energy specific heat The phase diagrams in various parameters planes are obtained. Loads interesting behaviors been found, such as double-peak triple-peak phenomena susceptibility curves well obvious finite size effects for small layer thickness. Through comparison, there is qualitatively good agreement between our results those other theoretical experimental studies.
