摘要: Plasma cholesteryl ester transfer protein (CETP) activity is high in rabbits, intermediate humans, and nondetectable rodents. Human apolipoprotein CI (apoCI) was found to be a potent inhibitor of CETP. The aim this study compare the ability rabbit human apoCI modulate interaction CETP with HDLs evaluate which extent contributes plasma rate normolipidemic humans rabbits. Rabbit gene cloned sequenced, were purified homogeneity, their modify surface charge properties inhibitory potential HDL compared. It demonstrated that unlike apoCI, does not total plasma. Whereas both readily associate HDL, only electrostatic HDL. In at normal, physiological levels contribute significantly rate. contrast, sole major determinant as result inability change electronegativity.
