摘要: Abstract This article traces the genesis of a neo-Soviet model mass media. Through an examination Russian media in post-Soviet era as well review performance during elections region, concludes that now operate ‘neo-Soviet’ fashion. Factors this include rejection balance or objectivity; flaws law; self-censorship; government interference and harassment outlets; lack journalistic professionalism; atmosphere violence against journalists.
