摘要: Source of support: Departmental sources Summary Background: The goal this study was to evaluate the effect physiotherapy on strength muscles responsible for tibial internal rotation (IR) in male patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) using autografts semitendinosus and gracilis (STGR). Material/Methods: Fifty-nine males were examined. first group consisted 19 subjected 4-stage phys iotherapy following ACLR. second 20 without knee injuries. third who had not undergone systematic within last 12 months lower limb Moments maximal (MMS), isometric torque (IT), peak (PT) measured under static isokinetic conditions Humac Norm System. In group, IT measurements performed during 13th 21st week physiotherapy, while PT 16th weeks control groups (II III) once. Results: (13 weeks) (16 values rotator muscles, obtained from operated extremities significantly than uninvolved knees results. During 21 st results ACLR similar subjects. Conclusions: 21-week favorably affected knees. did indicate a complete improvement physiotherapy.
