摘要: The St. Patrick Day storm of 2015 (17 March 2015) occurred at a unique time when there were multiple spacecraft observing the Earth's ionosphere between 350 and 885 km. Observations plasma flows densities from five operational polar-orbiting DMSP combined with those equatorial-orbiting C/NOFS provided comprehensive global record both polar equatorial regions' responses to storm. This paper presents an overview data this suite focusing on following aspects: (1) cap ionosphere's reaction storm, (2) change in penetration electric field midlatitude region as function solar local during (3) response meridional (vertical) disturbance dynamo (4) creation predawn ionospheric bubble system near equator storm's main phase that was observed low altitudes by later high several DMSP. Examining these phenomenon enable us trace dynamic flow energy wind input all way ionosphere.
